Shipping and Payment Policy
Order Dispatch
Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched the next working day.
Please note: Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery Charges
- Karachi: Rs. 200
- Outside Karachi: Rs. 300
- For orders weighing more than 1kg, delivery charges will vary. We will inform you about the updated charges via email or WhatsApp
Delivery Zones
We ship through BlueEx. For cities under Zone C as defined by BlueEx, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Advance payment is required for these areas. Delivery charges for zone C cities are 500.
