All our products are ethically sourced from the mountains of Hunza, Pakistan. We work closely with local communities to ensure purity, quality, and sustainability.

Yes! All Hunza Bucket products are made from pure, natural ingredients with no added preservatives, colors, or artificial chemicals.
4. Are your products safe for everyone?
Our products are made using natural herbs and oils. However, since every person’s body is different, we suggest speaking with your doctor before use — especially if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any health condition.
5. Are your teas caffeine-free?
Yes. Our herbal teas like Tumuro Tea, Gymnema Tea, and Sea Buckthorn Tea are naturally caffeine-free and can be a calming part of your daily routine.
6. How should I store your products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Make sure the pouch or bottle is tightly closed after each use.
7. How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share the tracking details with you.
8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
9. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote or far-off areas may take a bit longer.
10. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Pakistan. However, we’re working on international shipping and hope to offer it soon.
