Cancellations

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Replacements

We only offer exchanges. Requests for replacement must be made within 2 days of the delivery date and must be accompanied by proper images.

The company will only process replacements under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

• An item is missing from the order.

 Orders will not be eligible for replacement for any reason other than those mentioned above.

Exchange Protocol

To ensure smooth processing, please make sure that the item being returned or exchanged is sealed and in the same condition as it was when we sent it to you. It is your responsibility to return the item safely and without damage. Any items returned in an unsellable condition will not be accepted for exchange.
